Terms and Conditions

It is important that you regularly attend your lessons and listen to the advice

and recommendations given.

 You are legally required to be able to read a car number plate from a distance of 20.5m.

 You must hold a valid Driving Licence with either full or provisional entitlement to drive in the UK.

 The licence will need to be produced (both photocard and counter part) on your first lesson.

Lessons will start and finish at  a pre agreed location.

Payment must be made at the start of the lesson.

If you wish to cancel a lesson, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

If you need to cancel at short notice please be aware you may still be charged for the lesson.

It may be necessary to cancel your lesson at short notice due to a change in circumstances

for another pupil's test.

Tests will always be given priority over lessons. Should this be the case you will be notified

as early as possible and another lesson rescheduled.

You will be instructed when to book your practical test and how to prepare for it. On the day

of the test you will be charged for the use of the car.

This fee usually covers two hours, one hour for the lesson before and one for the test.

If for any reason, it is felt that you are unfit to take the lesson, the lesson will be forfeited

but you will still be charged the full cost of the lesson.
